WHO WE ARE
About EMPHNET Electronic Library
The EMPHNET Electronic Library (EEL) was established by the Eastern Mediterranean Public Health Network (EMPHNET), a not-for-profit organization specializing in public health. Since 2009, EMPHNET has worked collaboratively to strengthen public health in the Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR), with a particular focus on field epidemiology and Field Epidemiology Training Programs (FETPs) in more than 10 countries, while supporting country ownership of these programs.
As part of this mandate, EMPHNET established EEL for field epidemiologists and public health professionals across the region. The library provides access to resources and tools to support research, professional development, and the translation of information into action.
EEL aims to expand access to health education and evidence-based information. Additional materials will be added over time to support healthcare quality and research across the region.
